How it works

Four steps, one term

Each step asks something of both Brothers. The mentee is the active; the mentor is the alumnus.

Match

Week 1 · 5-minute form
The mentee · active Brother

Fill out the mentee form: majors, graduation year, target industries, career stage, and objective for mentorship.

The mentor · alumnus

Fill out the mentor form: experience, industries you can advise on, how you want to help, and how many Brothers you can take on.

Kickoff call

Weeks 2–3 · 45 minutes
The mentee · active Brother

You schedule it. Show up with your résumé, your mentorship objective, and three real questions.

The mentor · alumnus

Tell your story, detours included. Together, agree on the one goal for the term.

Working sessions

Monthly · 30–45 minutes
The mentee · active Brother

Own the calendar and the agenda — send it 48 hours ahead, then do what you said you would.

Coach, don't solve. Make at least one introduction or referral after every call.

Close the loop

Final week
The mentee · active Brother

Send a recap and a thank-you. Report your win back to the chapter so others follow you in.

Give candid feedback on what you saw. Decide together whether to run it back.
